Usage Data: We track query counts and feature usage to enforce subscription tier limits. This includes the number of queries you make per day and per month.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. We may store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

3. Data Storage and Security
Your account data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Session tokens are used for authentication and expire automatically.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe: For payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI: For AI-powered responses on the Free tier. Queries are sent to OpenAI's API. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic: For AI-powered responses on Pro and Elite tiers. Queries are sent to Anthropic's API. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Your queries are sent to these AI providers to generate responses. We do not control how these providers handle data sent through their APIs.
5. Cookies and Sessions
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These cookies contain a session token and do not track you across other websites.
6. Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us through the Service's support channels.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Cancel your subscription at any time
