ICT Decoder is a transcript analysis tool that uses AI to help users explore and understand content from publicly available YouTube videos by Inner Circle Trader (ICT). The Service provides semantic search, AI-powered question answering, and transcript browsing capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription Plans

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including partial months, unused portions of a subscription period, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

When you cancel a subscription, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share content generated by the Service without permission
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription tier restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

The transcript content analyzed by this Service originates from publicly available YouTube videos. ICT Decoder does not claim ownership of the original transcript content. The AI-generated analysis and summaries are provided as a convenience and should not be considered financial advice.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. Nothing provided by this Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You use the information at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICT Decoder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions.
