No Refunds Policy

All purchases and subscription payments made through ICT Decoder are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, including partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period
• Your account will revert to the Free tier after the billing period ends

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your account settings within the Service.

Free Trial

The Free tier is available at no cost with no payment required. You can use the Free tier indefinitely without any obligation to upgrade.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us through the Service's support channels before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve legitimate billing issues.
